Tara Auclair graduated from Newcomb College in December 1995, although officially she belongs to the Class of 1996, with a B.A. in English and Minor in Sociology. She additionally earned an MBA from Boston University.

Lauren is a two-time graduate of Tulane University, earning her B.A. in English and Spanish in 2015 and an M.A. in English Literature in 2016. After graduating, she started her career at Newcomb Institute, where she managed and scaled multiple engagement initiatives serving hundreds of Newcomb-identified students. She has also worked as a freelance writer for national outlets and is a certified career coach. Currently, she is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Climb Hire, a national workforce development nonprofit.

Isabella Johnson is a Senior Manager of Product Development at Daré Bioscience, where she oversees the development of innovative women's health pharmaceutical products, including products for contraception, vaginal health, and sexual health. She is passionate about addressing unmet medical needs and expanding treatment options to improve health outcomes for women. 

Claire Breedlove is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice who specializes in evidence-based treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder and related anxiety disorders. Claire is an active member of the International OCD Foundation and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mormon Mental Health Association. She is also a faculty member at the University of Utah College of Social Work where she teaches in their MSW program. Claire has a BA from Newcomb College and an MSW from the Tulane School of Social Work.

Amie Adams serves as President of Dunn Associates, a public affairs consulting firm with a longstanding, national reputation for developing successful political engagement programs including political action committee (PAC) and grassroots lobbying programs for major corporations and trade and professional associations. 

Alyssa Dausman, Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist, oversees all science and research at the Water Institute. As part the of the senior executive team, Alyssa works with the CEO and COO supporting all administrative and operations functions to maintain a sustainable and impactful nonprofit.
