Drop by the Newcomb Art Museum on Second Saturdays this fall for guided exhibition tours focusing on different themes present in the current tricentennial show, EMPIRE, led by different faculty and staff from Tulane.
On October 13, join Chloe Raub, Head of Archives and Special Collections at Newcomb College Institute, as she leads a guided tour of EMPIRE discussing in more detail the role of collections and archives at Newcomb College and the history of the Newcomb objects on display in the show, exploring the shifting narratives assigned to women at the university over time.
