Elsa Angrist (NC '66)

Elsa Freiman Angrist received her BS in Mathematics and BA in French from Newcomb College. As an undergraduate, she was in the Honors Program and led the College Bowl to a nationally televised finish her senior year. Elsa received an MS in Mathematics from Northwestern University and a MA in History from George Mason University before beginning a career in the technology sector. For a decade, Elsa worked in federal government agencies before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, independent consulting, and subcontracting. Her experience in computing includes programming, simulation, systems architecture, and information security. In 2005, Angrist established the Elsa Freiman Angrist Scholarship Endowed Fund.
